Hexo
Led the development of Hexo's complex ecosystem of applications that power their entire medical business. Biser worked with Hexo employees across different levels to understand their processes and translate them to system specifications that the engineering team could build. Additionally, worked closely with the technical team on system architecture and development.
Mediator
Biser worked with the project's stakeholders on designing a complex product automation system that handles inventory, price, and specification data of 150000 products from 50 vendor APIs every hour. Also, worked with the Elixir development team on system architecture, feature implementations, UI and usability.
Purrs
Developed major part of Purrs' codebases consisting of the main listings application running on Ruby on Rails, Purrs' chat functionality using Elixir Phoenix, and multiple frontend functionalities using ReactJS. Additionally, worked with team members on designing and implementing e-shop functionality using Elixir Phoenix and a mobile using React Native. Purrs applications run on AWS and communicate via APIs and AWS SQS with one another.
PremiumOffer
Biser worked with the project stakeholders on designing and building an e-commerce solution that offers exclusive Samsung products to MasterCard premium card holders. The solution is a fully functional e-shop that allows users to authenticate themselves as premium card holder using part of their credit card number and then order products at exclusive prices. The solution featured a comprehensive bank integration and yet was launched in under 4 months.
Whippy AI
Biser worked with Whippy's co-founders on the initial prototype and later facilitated the ongoing development of the product through HONE's Elixir engineering team. Whippy is an LA startup that offers a unique communication and automation platform. Our technical team works on solving complex technical challenges using Elixir Phoenix along with Whippy's in-house development team.
